professional experience, including more than a decade in industrial automation. He provides strategic
leadership and drives technology innovation and long-term growth of the Company.
His Major responsibilities includes:
- Overseeing long-term business planning, growth strategy and technology roadmap
- Monitoring overall financial and operational performance of the Company
- Strengthening relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders
Mr. Vikas Sharma – Promoter, Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Vikas Sharma holds a Post Graduate Programme in Management and is
a SAP Certified Professional. He has been associated with the Company since its inception and is actively involved in
day-to-day operations, execution, and process optimization.
His Major responsibilities includes:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Company
- Monitoring operational efficiency, timelines and cost controls
- Implementing internal processes, controls and operational best practices
Mr. Sidharth Sharma – Promoter & Managing Director
Mr. Sidharth Sharma holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business
Administration and has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and
automation business management. He plays a key role in business development, strategic planning, and
market expansion.
His Major responsibilities includes:
- Leading business development, sales, and market expansion initiatives
- Supporting strategic planning and ensuring alignment between commercial goals and operations
- Strengthening the Company’s brand positioning and market presence
